This realistic mask is more than a little creepy

This “Handsome Guy” mask made by SPFX masks is so realistic and creepy that you wonder why they would make it in the first place.
I’m always impressed by the special effects that Hollywood dreams up these days. However, this mask is creepy on several levels. I dunno what the point of making the mask is unless it’s simply the first generation of a mask they plan to perfect in the future. Either way, I feel like this country is just making organized crime easier and easier to get away with. Nobody other than criminals and film producers would really have any use for this thing. What other reason would you have to walk around in this mask? You throw it on before a bank robbery and you’re in the clear from a profiling perspective.

Seriously, if somebody steals something from you in this mask, you may as well just report you were robbed by the right-hand man of the Russian mobster from every cheesy 80s action movie you’ve ever seen. A small step for FX artists, a giant leap for criminals and a huge pain in the butt to law enforcement officials.
