Microsoft’s next console supposedly outed by ‘Real Steel’
Matt Hawkins Yes, instead of waiting for E3 or the like, MS has decided to let the world know of the existence of the Xbox 360 successor during the trailer for that movie in which Wolverine trains a bunch of Rock’em Sock’em Robots. Yes, they are that stupid.
Apparently, someone actually took the time to not only watch the trailer to Real Steel online, but pay super close attention as well. Must have been a really slow day at work or something. Anyhow, whomever’s attention to detail spotted the following…

I’m pretty sure any normal person would figure it to be a small joke that some graphic designer who working on the movie simply came up with. No bid deal. Well, normal people don’t report video game news I’m afraid.
Because as stupid as it sounds, this “story” has spread like wildfire. Trust me, just do a Google search, and you’ll see the largest amount of clamor for a non-story in a long ass time.
Though I must say, the robots in the movie does remind me of the one from that appeared in tech demo for the very first Xbox, from way back in the day…
… Surely it’s a coincidence. Right? RIGHT?
