One of the best gamers ever is now at the best price ever: free
Matt Hawkins I speak of Portal, a game that absolutely everyone should try at least one, and now there’s zero excuse for anyone who hasn’t! Though it’s for a limited time, of course. Why? Because believe it or not, leaning can actually be fun!
So why the freebie exactly? Because Valve is so tickled pink that educators are using the game in the classroom to teach physics and math and all that junk (but seriously, it does so in a brilliant and totally engaging manner), they’re allowing folks to download the game (the PC and Mac versions at least… sorry Xbots) for totally free. Unfortunately, those of you at work (lol, people with day jobs) will have to wait till you get home, unless your boss is totally cool with having Steam on your work computer. And hey, it’s been a while since I had a 9 to 5, so maybe that’s the case these days?
