VIDEO: Trust me, you WILL spend the next 7 minutes watching Family Feud for SNES
Why? Because it not only holds the secret to getting the high score, but because of the term “bra licking playa hater.”
Much like that Mario vid I posted a little while back, here we have someone trying to beat Family Feud in the shortest time possible, with a little trickery here and there, hence why it’s another “Tool Assisted Speedrun” clip. Though in this particular instance, according to the video’s about section: “The author aimed for entertainment over fastest time.”
The real star of the video is the game’s world recognition protocols. Far as I can tell, this is how it works: whenever a question is stated, instead of looking for specific words for answers, it only seeks words that has the proper amount of letters in an acceptable answer, or something like that. Hence why “I bathed Keanu Reeves” ends up as “baker.”
Man, if we only knew such trickery as kids when the game actually came out. Would have given Starfox a run for his money at the cash register, that’s for damn sure.
[Thanks Josh!]
