Given Capcom’s poor track record with Hollywood, perhaps its about time that someone more competent took over the reigns of their live-action, motion picture adaptations. Like West Africa maybe?

The nation of Ghana’s Wikipedia page states that the country has been enjoying “The World’s Fastest Growing Economy in 2011″. It’s wealth of natural resources has been the primary source, though their burgeoning filmmaking industry has to be up there as well, as evidenced of the following, which is a must see for anyone non-plussed with the Twilight-ification that DMC is currently going through…

Gotta love the double bill of The Killer 1 & 2, a movie so amazing that they made and released the sequel side by side. Also totally worth checking out is something that’s not necessarily video game related, like the one above (obviously), but at least it has an alien from Aliens, kicking a baby. Via GameSetWatch

Believe it or not, I’ve been following the film scene of Ghana’s neighbor for a while now, and honestly mistook it as another fine example of Nollywood, or Nigerian movie making. Clearly the directors of the works above were influenced by such classics as 666

… Or the Citizen Kane of Nollywood, End Of Money.
