VIDEO: Catherine demo finally out, aka your new girlfriend just a download away

Yesterday, the latest from Atlus was finally unleashed onto Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, or a sample to be more exact. And why should you care? Because it’s this summer’s hottest new game in more ways than just one.

Aside from the fact that it’s a puzzle action game about some dude who must avoid sheep that stand on their hind legs and navigate a never-ending staircase that’s also constantly crumbling (while only in his underwear the entire time btw), it also features two women that share the same name (more or less).

Both are about as different as you can get, but they’re both total hotties…

For those curious as to how the gameplay actually works, as you’ll see, I wasn’t too far from the truth; though not only much just climb those stairs, you have to push parts of them around, hence the puzzle part of the game…

It’s actually fun to play! Hard as hell, like all respectable puzzle games should be, but enjoyable nonetheless (though it’s perhaps noting that on Wikipedia at least, it’s been categorized as an “erotic puzzle-platformer”… and I’m betting it’s the first of its kind). The full deal comes out in two weeks.
