VIDEO: Marvel vs Capcom 3 Just Became Ultimate-ized

Just announced is a super charged upgrade to MvC3 featuring a bunch of new faces, including a couple of long requested fan faves.

First, check out a few of the new characters in action…

Thank God for Ghost Rider; was always annoyed that they had a character with a flaming skull and it WASN’T him. And am equally pleased with Strider’s inclusion as well! As well as Firebrand; am pretty sure hardly anyone else is familiar with the Ghosts ‘N Goblins costar that eventually got his own line of games, but the seven of us who are cannot be any happier.

But that’s not all! As noted at the end of the clip, more fighters are on the way. And Destructoid was able to get some names, thanks to Capcom not doing such a great job keeping their own secret. Here’s the full line-up…

Marvel:

- Hawkeye
- Ghost Rider
- Doc Strange
- Iron Fist
- Nova
- Rocket Raccoon (yes!)

Capcom:

- Firebrand
- Strider
- Frank West (nice)
- Nemesis (double nice)
- Phoenix Wright (triple nice!)
- Vergil (who? oh, Dante’s brother? eh, whatever)

… The game is due in November for just $40, which ain’t bad. Though some are not very happy with such news. Hopefully the DLC for the rest of us will be reasonably priced. Hear that Capcom?
