VIDEO: Now watch some guy play ‘Super Mario 64′ with just his feet for 22+ minutes

And also hear him and his buddies b.s. about video game tattoos, interns, internet drama, and other nonsense.

Remember last weekend’s video, the 18 plus minute long musical tribute to Mario? Well, sorta the same thing, but kinda… different.

The clip above is notable for several reasons:

First, the dude is play Super Mario 64 with his f’n feet. On top of that, this particular video has him facing off against Tick Tock Tower, one of the toughest levels in the entire game, especially if you’re trying to get every star. Which this guy totally does. Granted, a lot of redundant footage has been omitted, like missed jumps and the like, but still.

Second, him and friends chit-chatting? It’s actually entertaining to listen to! Quite the shock I know, since 99.99% of videos on YouTube in which people are talking over gameplay footage are obnoxious as f*ck. Anyone that’s tried tracking down footage of some obscure, Japanese 8bit game knows this fact already: everyone thinks they’re funny (which is a problem that way too many have to begin with) by pointing out the obvious and pretending that they’re on MST3K.

Better yet is when they “lose it” and start yelling and screaming, because a game is too bad or cuz they can’t play the damn thing. Like that’s any more amusing and dignified than when our dads yell at the microwave for taking too long to reheat pizza (well, at least my father did… which is actually funny, to a point at least).

Meanwhile these folks seem totally normal, to the point that I actually wouldn’t mind consorting with them in the real world. Another thing is, anytime there’s a YouTube clip involving anything Nintendo, the creep/loser factor, or possibility of, is automatically multiplied by 15. Granted, they sorta run out of steam near the end, but just keep yourself entertaining by watching a guy playing Super Mario 64 with his feet.

What'd you think of this?
