VIDEO: ‘QWOP’ finally gets a two-player mode
Matt Hawkins Now QWOP is double the fun, and double the struggle to even cross the starting line.
Remember that game in which you’re some Olympic runner, but instead of simply pushing left on the control stick or pad, you control both the upper and lower portions of each leg? Yup, that one.
Well, guess what? Now you and a friend can play together instead of taking turns (that last less than 0.2 seconds each)…
I’m a big fan of games in which one person can assume two characters at once. Which is pretty much impossible to pull off in this instance, but it’s not like having just one to handle is that much easier. Oh, and I’m also a fan of games in general in which whatever being depicted is hilarious, but in real life, would be the most horrific thing ever.
