VIDEO: Slavery the Game is not real… or is it?
Matt Hawkins Hey, remember that somewhat offensive the Huggy Bear-like character in Deus Ex? Yeah, she ain’t got nuthin on the following.
If one goes to the official website, one won’t find much, just the ability to broadcast the site via Twitter, Facebook, or Google+. Pro-tip: don’t bother unless you’re willing to deal with the consequences. Like it possibly costing you a potential job, a girl, etc.
So is this legit or what? Or just some big joke, maybe a (wait for it) social experiment? Well it certainly looks real, but there is absolutely no way in hell that either Sony or MS would allow such a game on their machines.
It’s supposedly rated Adults Only by the ESRB. Several folks have already pinged the organization, which has no record of issuing any such grade. Furthermore, Javelin Reds Gaming doesn’t exist.
Needless to say, the internet has been abuzz. Here’s just one such reaction…
