Matt Hawkins Remember the Grosjean Bros? The identical twins responsible for, without a doubt, the best take on Skyrim IRL thus far? Well, they’re back.
It’s amazing how, what began as a goofy scenario to highlight the quirkiness of the game’s mechanics, in the form of a convenience store robbery, has evolved into a complex narrative involving the need to murder someone on the behalf of some shadowy outfit, all because the brothers accidentally stole one of their kills…
And once again, the key to its success is its laid back, matter of fact point of view, which mixes well with the unsettling, vaguely nightmarish atmosphere that’s presented, thanks to the video game’s rules running reality. Must admit, the guns in the camera thing is a bit overdone, but otherwise, thumbs up! Can’t wait for episode 4.
