Matt Hawkins Here we have the second half of all that game footage that made its debut on Spike TV’s faux awards ceremony. But which you figured would be on YouTube, hence why you probably skipped it in the first place.
For those who missed it, here’s part one. So, where was I? Oh yeah, time once again for yet another Diablo 3 cinematic. So when’s the actual game coming out again? The wait has officially become kinda annoying and tiresome…
So Epic’s new title, which they promised would be something different, is a “cute” zombie game that is built around trying to create the best fort to weather the undead during the night. You know, that’s actually a really cool idea!
Hey, a new Rainbow Six on the horizon. One that tries to be both topical and horrific with vaguely cartoony looking characters in the mix? Hmmm…
And another Alan Wake on the way as well. You know, as goofy as the premise of a novelist fighting a character that he created in his books, which has manifested in the real world, might be (and way too close to your typical M.Night Shyamalan crapfest), the original game was not that bad, and American Nightmare, the sequel should be just as decent as well…
Meanwhile, the latest taste of Bioshock Infinite looks gorgous, as always, but the heavy handedness of the subject matter is also starting to become really apparent, which in turns is becoming a turn off. At least your virtual hottie of a cohort looks quite nice (if you’re into video game chicks, like I am)…
Finally we have a teaser to Tekken Tag Tournament 2, featuring real life actors instead of the game’s graphics, which has been displayed extensively. Also, the release date has been pushed WAY back, till the end of the 2012. All that put together spells… a project that might have some serious kinks to work out. Just a theory…
