First off, you folks do realize that Mario was never always Mario, right? When he first appeared in Donkey Kong, he went by the name Jumpman and was a carpenter. Seriously, what would a plumber be doing, climbing girders? And remember the girl in the game? Was definitely NOT Peach…
Did you also know that there’s lyrics to the tune that plays when Mario becomes invisible? I imagine he’s humming this under his breath as he plows through Koopas (warning: NSFW audio, and it will get stuck in your head for days, guaranteed)…
But enough of Mario, when are we going to hear his brother’s side of the story? Mostly because it ain’t a pretty one…
