VIDEO: Time again to watch Tommy Wiseau play a video game & Felicia Day wear goofy elf ears

Because it’s your weekly does of The Tommy Wi-Show and Dragon Age: Redemption!

First off is something that hit slightly before yesterday, hence why the Tommy’s wearing a Halloween mask (that is totally awesome btw) and is playing Dead Island. Cuz, you know, zombies and stuff like that…

I must admit, it’s perhaps the weakest installment thus far, but it’s still tons of fun watching Tommy being Tommy (again, you seriously can’t make up half the stuff that comes from his mouth). Though I was disappointed that the creep factor wasn’t as high as one might assume/hope, due to the high number of bikini clad characters. Still, I’ll admit to laughing out loud when the alien asked to be spared another game session is which TW is simply looking up in the sky, who then immediately proceeds to follow suit.

Next is not one, but two episodes of the live action Dragon Age show. Sorry, it’s been a busy past couple of days, and I’m running behind. Here’s episode three…

I must also admit that it’s starting to rub off on me. I still find the elf ears a distraction, my opinion of Day’s acting constantly swings between “okay, it’s kinda charming” and “okay, that’s just plain overacting, sorry”, and I still have no idea what’s coming out of everyone’s mouth 40% of the time. But still I really dig the whole idea of just stabbing some guy (well, in this case, a kid) in the chest, to prove that he has healing powers, in the first clip, and am into the group dynamic that’s also established by the fourth. Too bad things were just so damn dark.

One last random observation: what are they eating in episode 4? It looks damn good. Note: I always find food in movies, shows, or whatever, far more appetizing than it truly is.
