VIDEO: Time to blast some itty-bitty Metroids

The game in question is called Minitroid, a shrunk-down version of the NES classic…
Many fan projects of this kind… as in, it actually looks awesome and a legit must play… never end up happening. Especially anything Metroid related, funny enough. So when videos based on the project began circulating late last year, I figured it would be a pipe dream that any of us would ever actually play the thing. Guess I was wrong!
It’s the full game and simply a tech demo, but hey, at least it’s something, right? Unfortunately, it’s for PC folks only, and not some browser based deal. Anyhow, for those interested, nab it here.
