VIDEO: Watch two shirtless fat dudes unbox ‘Gears of War 3′
Matt Hawkins I can’t believe it myself, but there’s an unboxing vid that actually tops Ice T’s from two weeks ago.
Okay, full disclosure: I went to Microsoft’s big ass opening bash for Gears of Wars 3 last night, which was hampered by a “water main break” that screwed all the subways up in Manhattan something fierce (apparently there was a legit leak and it’s not some made up excuse that the MTA usually feeds us). But even if the entire island had sunk to the bottom of the ocean, nothing would have stopped me from my destination… but that was because I has assumed Ice would be present, to perform for the crowds.
But nope, he wasn’t. Instead, and according to Twitter, he went to see that crappy Straw Dogs remake starring Cyclops instead. What the hell? Which he found out the hard way that it sucked (gee, what a shocker). And I brought along my copy of Body Count (which I’ve had for 19 years) for him to autograph and everything. Anyhow, I’m a little sore at the guy, but seriously, this clip with two chubby and topless guys is a hoot, regardless of backstory…
… Some readers might recognize the primary/English speaking fat, shirtless man from a previous clip, in which he unboxed Fallout: New Vegas.
And here’s another fave of mine, of him unboxing Black Ops. Which I swear I posted once before, but even if I did, why the hell not…

Anyway, like I said, was at the big bash, and tomorrow I’ll have an interview with Rod Fergusson, one of the producers of the game! Plus some other stuff, so stayed tuned.
