VIDEO: Witness EA as they ruin both video games and Christmas in one foul sweep

If there’s anything that’ll make you a total Ebenezer Scrooge type character, one that will burn your copes of Mirror’s Edge and Dead Space, this is it.

There’s not much to say here; even its source, VG24/7, couldn’t come up with anything. And that’s most because there seems to be zero rhyme or reason for the following.

Someone at EA thought it would be cute to create a video in which Christmas carolers sing Jingle Bells, but with the lyrics replaces with assorted (and completely random, but not enough to be funny) lines from games…

One YouTube commentator puts it best with: “Ironically EA bans for offensive language then spews forth this garbage”. And another with: “US GAMERS HUH”.

You want to know why the above sometimes come into existence? Because sometimes, companies are so rich and powerful that they honestly don’t know what to do with themselves. And as noted not just once, but twice already, we at least know already where the money is coming from.
