The above is yet another example of a group of indie filmmakers who know how to put together a decent fight scene (in this case Dayside Productions) trying to get a name for themselves by doing a Super Mario fan flick, but adding a twist to the proceedings.
Good thing that they hunch has paid off, assuming that there’s a decent number of folks out there who dig both Nintendo games and Hong Kong cinema. And there are.
