Sorry, I’m not even going to bother trying to find other examples since they all pale in comparison to what you see above, which was captured by the series creator Hideo Kojima himself (and who has a penchant for snapping pics of his lunch on Twitter) and presented to him by Sony HQ has a congratulatory gift.

As for what it’s actually made out of, according to Kojima: “Face made from mashed potato, seaweed bandana, hair and beard from green onion and eye bowls from quail egg.” -Matt Hawkins
