Remember how last week Amanda Bynes got arrested for sideswiping a police cruiser while intoxicated? Allegedly. Well, her dad says that’s all a pack of lies.

“She was not drunk,” Rick Bynes tells PEOPLE. “I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn’t have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn’t drink.”

He also blames the police for the car accident, saying that the cop pulled out in front of Amanda causing the fender bender. Seriously.

Apparently he called Dina Lohan for advice as a parent before talking to the media.

One problem with his statement regarding the fact that his daughter doesn’t drink though: Here’s a video of her appearing to be, well, drunk. Quite drunk, in fact.

She was taken into custody around 5 a.m. this morning by the Los Angeles Police Department and released around around 10:30 with bail set at $5,000.

No word yet on what charges her hairstylist is facing.

Here’s how it’s gonna go down. I’ve tweaked things a bit this year. Last year we had 64 babes going head-to-head til we got down to the finals. This year we’ll have 100 babes in 10 groups of 10 with the final 10 being divided into two groups of five, then the winners of those two groups will go boob-to-boob to determine our champeen for 2009.
