You can’t help but feel for Sharks defenseman Dan Boyle whose errant backhand flip beat his own goaltender in overtime. And just so everyone knows, an overtime own goal in an otherwise scoreless game shall be now be referred to as a “Boyle.” I now own the copyright for that term.
