Brooke Burke has been all over the place lately, Shape magazine, Fitness magazine, Regis, I mean Kelly, promoting her new workout DVD. Therefore we get to see a lot of the 40 year-old in spandex. Wait, she’s 40? Holy crap. Man, I remember her posing naked in Playboy like it was just yesterday. Or maybe that’s just what I remember looking at yesterday. Anyway, she’s still in pretty good shape as you can see so I guess this makes a lot more sense than when Kim Kardashian put out a workout DVD. I actually believe Brooke does these things.

I don’t know how many of you were able to weather the Oscars snoozefest last night and managed to stay awake for Jimmy Kimmel Live, but if you didn’t you missed Scarlett Johansson, Minka Kelly, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Sofia Vergara, Eva Longoria, Emily Blunt and Kelly Ripa in tight outfits dry-humping exercise balls. That’s right. If they had shown this for three hours instead of the Oscars it would have been such a more productive evening for all of us.

Day two of Kelly Ripa and her six-pack abs in a bikini in Miami is almost as good as day one. The only thing missing here is her being wet and chilly. As I stated last year, there are many sites and magazines that do this and in most cases they get it wrong (see Lohan, Lindsay; Spears, Britney; and Mills, Heather). Last year you, my awesome readers, voted Kate Beckinsale as the 2008 Sexiest Female on the Planet and I couldn’t have been more pleased with your taste. Let’s try not to blow it this year, okay?
