Once again the Advertising Standards Authority has dropped the hammer, stating…

“We considered that the various activities that Ms Pinder carried out were presented in a sexually provocative way, and that alongside the focus on Ms. Pinder’s cleavage … were likely to be seen as gratuitous and to objectify women.

We considered that was emphasised by the text ‘Can she make you lose control?’ … and the invitation to ‘Play with Lucy’, which we considered would also be seen as degrading to women.

We therefore concluded that the ads were likely to cause serious and widespread offence.”

The ASA also said that the language used on a poster was “clearly intended to imply that using the advertised product would lead to more uninhibited sexual behaviour.” Uh, YEAH!

What is going on in the UK? I thought pretty much anything goes over there, but with this, the ban of Dakota Fanning’s ad, and the ban of ads featuring skinny models, it’s almost like they’re turning into America… in the 1950′s.

I don’t know most of these people, but the three ladies I highlighted were more than enough to get my attention.

If you happened to miss the first batch of photos and the video that one of our favorite busty British babes Lucy Pinder did for the new Lynx ad campaign, consider this second set a reminder to add it to your must-see list. I still don’t see the product they’re trying to sell us, but then again, I am having a hard time getting past several fantasies that these photos are conjuring up in my mind. Was that their goal?

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Lucy Pinder, one of our favorite models, so it was nice of the boys over at Lynx to put her in a sexy new ad campaign, complete with photos, a video, and a healthy dose of lingerie and cleavage. I’m not sure how this is supposed to sell whatever product it is that they’re trying to get us to buy, but if they’re after brand recognition one could do worse than to have your product associated with a smoking hot lady bouncing around in her underwear, hosing things down, wearing cheerleader outfits, and almost making out with another chick. But like I said, if you can remember what the product they’re selling is after watching this video, you’re a better man than I. I can barely function well enough to type these sentences, let alone do that.

Lucy Pinder’s 2011 calendar is out. Sadly she’s not topless. I’ll get to that in a moment. On the plus side, holy Hell she looks hot in these photos. This, my friend, is how one does cleavage. Sure, it helps that she has a set of pumpkins that’d frighten Charlie Brown, but she sure knows how to utilize them properly. Which leads me to my disappointment. Please tell me that Lucy isn’t going all Kelly Brook and deciding that she wants to be taken seriously and has gone against her roots by not taking her top off for money anymore. I’m already a little worried we’re losing Rosie Jones so if Lucy drops the ball on this one I just won’t know what to believe in anymore.

Welcome to the 2009 edition of our Sexiest Woman in the World event! As I stated last year, there are many sites and magazines that do this and in most cases they get it wrong (see Lohan, Lindsay; Spears, Britney; and Mills, Heather).
