Bijou Phillips should always just wear a bra

Despite the fact that a majority of you gave Bijou Phillips the rare ‘No’ vote in a Hot or Not back in February, I am still posting these pictures. The pics I used back then weren’t the best quality and despite the fact that you could see her ass, these pics are much better.

Amazing how much better a woman looks when she is wearing nothing but a bra up top, isn’t it? Feel free to go back and change your vote.
