DON’T MESS WITH THE BAD BOYS; GIRLS
A. Isaac It was like ol times back at the Palace as a Detroit franchise brawled with another team. And it even involved original Bad Boys Bill Laimbeer and Rick Mahorn.
But this time it was the Detroit Shock, not the Detroit Pistons who were throwing the haymakers.
And apparently, Detroit Assistant Coach Rick Mahorn forgot he was a coach because he involved himself in the altercation and even tossed Lisa Leslie to the ground. The absolute funniest part of the whole fight was the cheap shot Mahorn received in the back aftwards from a Sparks player. It was biggest pansy punch I’ve seen since A-Rod’s slap of Bronson Arroyo.
You know I hate to say it but I never thought I’d write about the WNBA unless some chick played topless.
But if these kind of brawls are going to be weekly occurrences, then sign me up for season tickets.
