German cops outsmarted by a Muppet

Speed cameras in Germany are set up to photograph drivers in left hand drive vehicles. This Muppet is actually riding shotgun in a British car which as you can see puts the driver in the right side of the car out of view. THIS MAN IS A GENIUS!
