Hot or Not? Kate Winslet

This Kate Winslet babe confuses me. On one hand I thoroughly enjoyed seeing her rack in Titanic and on many other occasions she looks pretty good. On the other hand, sometimes I think she is kind of meh. That’s where you come in to save the day once again… What do you think? Is Kate Winslet hot? Or not?
