Waterboarding dogs is just not something I can condone. Now boogieboarding, that’s something I can get behind. Like Spuds McKenzie. He knew what was up…getting drunk and wearing Hawaiian shirts and having sex with human women. That dog really lived it up and violated several types of animal cruelty laws.
