Landlord installs mirrors in tenants' showers

Voyeurism is pretty sexy, in theory. But most people lack the creepiness/followthrough to set up a real live voyeurism show. But not the people working for this apartment complex, who set up several two-way mirrors for maximum jerkability.

Tenants in a Montrose apartment complex say they were shocked when they discovered a two-way mirror in their shower.

Jim Waters told the Montrose Daily Press it was strange to see a mirror in the shower of his basement unit at 1001 N. First St. “Our assumption was maybe it was a shaving mirror,” Waters told the Press.

When Waters investigated, he found it was in fact a two-way mirror with a perfect view of the shower from a maintenance closet.

The three deiced to move out. On moving day, one of the female tenants said they noticed one of the mirrors in her bedroom looked darker than the others.

“She was like, ‘no way,’ but, sure enough,” Waters told the Press. Waters said he found a 6-inch hole in the drywall behind the mirror. It provided a clear view of the bed.

I always find it funny how people are so shocked that someone would do this. “Wow, you mean the mirror pointing at my crotch that had a loud buzzing sound or discussion between Mexican gentlemen beating off simultaneously was someone watching me? Crazy!” I have to wonder why they’d put a two-way mirror into a house with a dude though. That just seems like poor planning. No one has ever wanted to say a man naked. I’ve got lots of proof to back that theory up. For example: How I’m no longer allowed into Lilith Fair concerts or Mary Kay cosmetics parties or my cousins’ baby showers.
