Now this is what I call an office environment

A 21 year-old gal in England sued her former employers and won and the details of the case are hilariously sexual harassment-tastic.

Sarah Crosbie, 21, suffered ‘systematic and continuous’ sexist abuse as the sole female employee at a plumbing company which operated a ‘lads culture’.

Despite being employed as the administrator for the Plumb Centre in Torquay, Sarah was ordered to clean the toilets and kitchens every day.

She was also continually threatened with the sack.

On one occasion Miss Crosbie was told to clean an overflowing male lavatory. When she refused, staff called her a ‘silly cow’.

A relationship with a male colleague also ended after managers warned him that she would ‘cry rape’.

‘He asked me to clean the toilets and the kitchens. He never asked anyone else to do it. He made me clean the dirty toilets,’ she said.

‘Sam called me a bitch and a whore and a silly cow. I was angry and upset and hurt within myself by being put through that abuse.’

Now you may think that this is awful and unfair but I should say that the woman actually involved looks like this instead of the saucy Abi Titmuss pictured above. See? You empathize much less now, I bet. That’s the power of a good pair of glasses. Also breasts. Breasts definitely help.

It is kind of crapty how they treated her, even though she was just a 21 year-old assistant. I mean even if you want to call her a whore or a cow, these things are probably best left muttered or written on Post-Its and placed on her desk. I mean, there’s sexism and then there’s SEXISM. There’s no reason why you can’t hate this woman adequately without getting sued. The key to success with everything in life is moderation. And treating women as though they’re inferior. Those two things.
