A model-turned-personal trainer is taking his job way seriously, deciding he should gain weight and lose it to better understand his clients. It may hurt you to learn he’s probably just eating what you’re eating every day.
Paul James, 32, said he wants to understand his fat gym clients.
Paul, who has strutted his stuff on catwalks in Tokyo and Milan, is stuffing his face with kebabs, pasta, cream sauces and chocolate in a calorific carbohydrate diet.
The Aussie has cut out daily exercise in Melbourne — and the former teetotaller even drinks beers nightly.
Paul said: “It was difficult to relate to overweight gym members so I’m experiencing life as an overweight person.”
