ROB PARKER EMBARRASSES HIMSELF

I’m sure you’re all familiar with the exploits of one Rob Parker. Just a handful of months ago, he went on a local TV station in Detroit and accused a MSU football player of being involved in a serious fight.

Problem was Rob fabricated the story. The player Kirk Cousins was actually with his parents on the night in question.

And if that was the worst of it, you could probably forgive Rob and say, “people make mistakes”.

But today, today Rob cartwheeled over the line from journalist to despicable human being.

Rod Marinelli deserves a lot of heat for the way the Lions have performed this year. 0-15 speaks for itself. As the weeks have progressed, Lions post game press conferences have gotten testy. Reporters have pushed the envelope as far as they can.

And then Rob Parker dropped this bomb on Rod today…

“Do you wish your daughter would have married a better defensive coordinator”…

Just to refresh your memory, the current Lions defensive coordinator is none other than Rod’s son-in-law Joe Barry…

Here is the press conference and the subsequent reaction from the Fox NFL crew.

Needless to say, this is the lowest Rob has ever stooped. And for Rob, that’s saying a lot.
