By now, you’ve all seen the video or heard that Donovan McNabb wasn’t aware there were ties in the NFL….

Never mind the fact that he was in the league the last time one occurred (2002)…hey, nobody said football players were the brightest and best right?

Anyways, Donovan was having so much trouble understanding the rules that Rosie Perez thought she could lend a helping hand…
