Blogging has made me lazy. I went from a guy who used to run marathons and triathlons several times a year to a computer nerd

I went from a guy who went to the gym five times a week to, wait…

That’s not true either

I went from a guy who worked out every so often and pretended he was an athlete but really had more athletic feats in the buffet line to a computer nerd….

Yep, that sounds about right…

Anyways, a friend recently kept urging me to buy one of those exercise balls because of how many hours I sit on the computer. I automatically thought of this clip…
