I find nothing wrong ogling women who were trying to keep themselves in shape. Especially when they are doing the downward dog while wearing a sports bra.

Steady-Burn has stumbled on a show from FitTv called Namaste Yoga.

Remember how awesome it was to see Kiana Tom back in the day strutting around the set of Flex Appeal.

Yea, this is about 100x better.
