VIDEO: Gotta love it whenever parkour and video games mingle

Rarely are there feats in life that are both awe-inspiring to behold, yet totally okay to point and laugh at.

Parkour, or free running, whatever the term might be, and video games make a great mix! And I’m not just talking about Mirror’s Edge (can’t wait for the sequel, btw). Though YouTube certainly helps; otherwise, it’s just a bunch of folks, just jumping around and running up walls in whatever neck of the woods for no real reason (other than to, I dunno, impress women… which I have a funny feeling is not the best of methods).

Behold Tony Hawk Pro Skater, but without the skateboards…

Sorry, but it has to be said: lol Californians. Anyhow, here’s an oldie but goodie; I forget if I passed it along before, of a free running academy in which the set-up resembles the Mushroom Kingdom. Again, this place is somewhere in Cali…

And finally, something short and sweet, and involving Mortal Kombat
