Amanda Bynes to Obama: Fire the cop who gave me a DUI

Amanda Bynes was formally charged yesterday for the DUI she got back in April after she side-swiped a cop car. Then she went home, sat down, and thought about the repercussions of her actions. Just kidding, she’s a celebrity! She went home and tweeted the President of the United States asking for assistance.

It’s important to note here that the police report from April 6 shows Bynes also refused the officer’s request to complete a chemical test to determine if she had any drugs in her system. So while the fact that you “don’t drink” is cute (just like that time you “quit Hollywood”), it doesn’t change the fact that the “I” in DUI covers a whole wealth of influences.

Plus something tells me Obama’s got a lot going on right now, so your issue with a Hollywood cop might have to be put on hold. But, yes, if he did have the time to give you preferential treatment for being a mediocre actress, Twitter is definitely the best way to get a hold of him.
